My task management workflow has evolved and changed over the years. At the beginning of April, I wrote about the process that I used over the last 6 months. Since then, that workflow has undergone a major change that I’m really happy to tell you about.

Later this week, I’ll be sharing my updated task management workflow — it’s what I’ve used over the past 2 months and even today, I’ve made small changes that further shape it to my needs. In the mean time, I just couldn’t help but marvel at how one tool can adapt over time into an evolving system, and I just have to tell you about it.

It’s now been four years since I started using Notion and during that time, I've come across groups of tips and tricks that have helped me to develop better systems within the application. I want to share these practices across different areas with the hope that you can gain some helpful takeaways.
