At the end of last year, I decided that I was going to listen to my intuition fully for running my business. This shift has made me more focused than ever on the change that I want to make in my client’s lives and my approach to online business. As I listen more and implement that vision into reality, I’ll be capturing the milestones with these updates as it’s always exciting to look back on the journey.

Capacity Assessment Tool - This is a free Notion template that helps online business owners identify and document the tasks they’d want to delegate or outsource to specialised freelancers and contractors. I’m excited to share that I’ve just published a new Notion template. It’s a capacity assessment tool for solo business owners who are ready to start delegating tasks to an assistant or contractors.
I think it’s a great starting point for solopreneurs who want to get a clear idea of the tasks that they want off their plate — whether that’s because those tasks just don’t spark joy or because it would be better to have a skilled person produce those outputs. Either way, it’s a step in the right direction to a more sustainable business.
